Joe Schlesinger
Principal

Joe has a long and successful history working in the learning and development field as an instructional designer, training program manager, L&D manager, and executive coach. He has worked the full spectrum of professional development projects, from design to development and implementation, through evaluation. My training modalities have included ILT and VILT courses, job aids and work guides, eLearning, video demos, and coaching. Joe has over 20 years of experience building and growing impactful L&D programs, and one of the keys to his success is his ability to forge excellent working relationships with leadership, stakeholders, and SME's.

Joe has experience working with large enterprises, including Altera, Cisco Systems, Fireman's Fund Insurance, HP, Lam Research, Quantum Corp., and PayPal.
